Guest Rescheduling

​

If you're unable to attend your scheduled experience, please notify us at least seven (7) days before your event by email or in writing.

Your reservation may be rescheduled one time into another Namaaaste Goat Yoga or Smith's Corner Farm experience of the same type (for example, Goat Yoga to Goat Yoga or Painting with Goats to Painting with Goats), provided the new reservation takes place within one (1) year of your original event date.

If you choose to apply your reservation toward a different experience, your original registration fee will be credited up to the amount originally paid.

• If the new experience is equal to or less than the value of your original reservation, no refund or credit will be issued for any price difference.

• If the new experience is priced higher than your original reservation, you'll simply pay the difference at the time of booking.

Reservations and event credits are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or exchanged.

If We Need to Cancel or Postpone

Occasionally, weather, farm conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may require us to postpone or cancel an experience.

If this happens, we'll make every reasonable effort to reschedule your experience within twelve (12) months of the original event date.

If we are unable to offer a rescheduled experience, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.

Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing.

Changes to Experiences

​

From time to time, instructors, animals, activities, or other event details may change without prior notice. These changes do not affect the validity of your reservation.

Additional Information

Our liability is limited to the amount of your registration fee. Namaaaste Goat Yoga and Smith's Corner Farm are not responsible for travel expenses, lodging costs, or any other incidental expenses incurred as a result of a cancellation, postponement, or schedule change.
